Invisible Boundaries and Recognition
Scroll
overview
Invisible Boundaries and Recognition explores how personal experience, cultural background and dance training enter the body, shaping movement, perception and our relationship with the world. The work considers how private experiences enter public space, and how they are perceived by others. Through the body, language and everyday objects, it explores the space between understanding and misreading, and the different ways of seeing that emerge between performer and audience. Rather than following a fixed narrative, the work opens a space of uncertainty between what is experienced, what is communicated and what is understood.
