Spiral

Spiral is a solo body theatre work exploring identity, social discipline, and the possibility of finding more natural states of being through the body. Drawing on physical training, everyday objects and task-based structures, the work examines how the body is shaped by systems, habits and expectations. The body becomes both the medium and the site of transformation, moving between discipline and uncertainty, control and release. Through this process, Spiral considers resilience, self-transformation and the possibility of returning to a more natural bodily state.
